Chef Diaz began his culinary career in his home country, Venezuela, at El Comedor with Chef Hector Romero and Chef Sumito Estévez. After his experience in Venezuela he continued to develop his culinary passion in world renowned restaurants such as Bravo Restobar in Lima, Peru by Chef Christian Bravo and self-named restaurant Restaurante Martin Berasategui, a Michelin Three Star restaurant located in San Sebastian, Spain. After moving to Miami, FL, Chef Diaz began working at DB Bistro Modern, a modern French bistro style cuisine developed by prominent chef, Daniel Boulud. Chef Diaz’ most recent experience includes the opening of L'Echon Brasserie by Pubbelly Group. Ventanas Restaurant will feature a unique repertoire of offerings that Chef Diaz’ has accumulated throughout his international experience.

also starting his culinary career in Venezuela, Miguel became a creative and focused Chef who has extensive hands on experience in working all areas of a commercial kitchen. He has previously worked in restaurants, hotels and in the most demanding kitchens all around the world. Chef Miguel most recently worked at Casabe 305 Bistro, Miami, as Chef De Cuisine..
